INSTRUCTIONS:

  • If you choose "HIDDEN" for a field type, you must enter a default value into the "Send/Recv. Info" column,
  • If you choose "TEXT BOX" for a field type, leave the "Send/Recv. Info blank.

EXAMPLE: If you want to create a form which always sends to the same address 

  • Choose "Hidden" for the "Recipient's Name" and "Recipient's Email", and fill in the Send/Recv info with Recipient's Name and Email, 
  • Leave the Sender's Name and Email blank, and set their field types to Text Box.
